6 Pack Abs – Inspiration for a better look from Brad Pitt

fightclub Brad Pitt Sometimes in the middle of December I spotted this guy’s video on the internet with his 6 pack abs and I was a little bit ashamed of my 1 pack ab which was more like a balloon at xmas time. This fella from New Jersey is a multi qualified fitness trainer. He had neglected himself a little over the years and wanted to get back into good shape again. He made a bunch of free videos to show that it is possible to achieve fantastic result doing simple home workouts. I’m telling you I’m rasing my hat to his look. Not to mention that big 300 Spartan marketing flick. It was an unbelievable idea to sell his stuff using the movie’s current success by naming the videos as “spartan workout”.

These are the simpliest exercises in the world. 30 minutes daily exercise, properly maintained diet (not cruel just with a proper meal plan in mind) and you can reach that Brad Pitt ripped body from Fight Club or Snatch. You only need willpower, not fancy gym membership. I chosen a few exercises from the dozen videos which do not require any dumbbells, rubber band, fitness ball, only YOU and a little free space in the room. I’m doing these mainly: (home version). Millions have seen the guy’s videos, thousands commented them, sent reply videos, success stories. He shares his own story here. Check out more videos on his metacafe channel or this site. They are very helpful. And it works. 4 weeks and I have lost 5 kilos and I’m getting back my old shape. I can only recommend it.

What to eat???

(coz it’s true that it’s 70% about your dietary)… well I jam these: chicken, fish, rice, many and many kind of vegs, fruits.
Neglect bread (maybe wholemeal but not much), eat lots of salad instead with (or without) rice. Tuna is cheap and can be well combined with salads. Buy “light”/low fat from everything. This helps somewhat if you are not a calorie expert. Forget pasta. Same with pork and beef. Focus on fish and white meat. You can cook plenty of nice meals from chicken breast too. Evenings: no snacks, crisp or biscuits. Grab an apple, orange, mandarin or pear.

I’ll try to post some new meal tips. What do I eat during the workout period. Gastro blogging is not my strenght but I will do my best and post some recipes like I did before with the baked salmon .

And why am I doing all this stuff? Why I’m writing about it? Because it is also part of my journey becoming an Image Designer. I am my own client right now:) When I am done creating the look I desire then I can start helping and consulting other people. I will only share and advice people about methods I tried and justified. Sort of “if I can do it, so can you” way.
